Walking to Mill Gill Force and beyond in Askrigg in beautiful Wensleydale
It was one of those days when you didn’t really want to venture out of the house and to top it all it started raining just as I was leaving.…

On a truly beautiful October morning a little group of us set off to do a circular walk from Masham. Easy going walking, about eight miles, and the enticement of…
Circular walk from Leyburn to Cover Bridge on to Middleham and back all in beautiful Wensleydale
Having walked these following footpaths many times but never in the order or at the same time it turned out to be a really super walk. No steep climbs, river side footpaths, time to explore if you wish and about eight miles or more

Anyone who has experienced this, and I think I’m one of many, will understand the excruciating pain and total immobility, for a while at least!
