Film Festival at The Leyburn Arts and Community Centre! 27 and 28 October

Did you know we have a little cinema in Leyburn? Only showing films on Fridays, matinees, 4.30pm/5pm and evening 7.30pm and the first Tuesday of every month but in October there will be a special treat at The Leyburn Arts and Community Centre in Wensleydale in the Yorkshire Dales.

On Friday 27 and Saturday 28 October they’ll holding a film festival which will be a celebration of cinema in its many different forms. Making start will be The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert, followed by A Selection of Laurel and Hardy and to finish off the day on Friday, A Man Called Ove. Saturday you can see High Society, The Railway Children brought to you by the National Theatre Live, The Odyssey and Benny and Joon.

There is a licensed bar which will be open from 9.30 serving hot and cold drinks and food before and after each film. Ticket prices are just £5.00 for one film or £7.50 for two different films, children under 12 years of age go free.
