West Burton Bonfire and Firework Display!

Share

Were you there? If you weren’t you missed a very special evening. There seemed to be even more people attending than before, I may be mistaken, and the bonfire was a great blaze.

After fourteen years of organising this event Andrew and Keren have passed the work on to someone else, but what a finale they put on. The fireworks were just breath taking, I’m sure better than ever and our grandchildren couldn’t stop saying ‘Wow’ and ‘Amazing’ as they do. Millie, coming up to eleven this weekend, said she had never seen a bonfire so close to and never experienced being so close to the fireworks either! A small event with a very big heart and gives pleasure to so many people.

If you’d like to come and join us next year, book your cottage on our Country Hideaways website or call me, Nadine, or our daughter Joanne on 01969 663559 for friendly help and advice. We look forward to hearing from you, as always.
