Have You Seen Monopoly: Yorkshire Dales?

Share
Aysgarth Falls one of the location on the new Monopoly board

Don’t you think it’s always a love hate relationship with Monopoly, for me it’s the later, I’d rather not thank you but the rest of family love it and so it is. I don’t mind sitting back and watching the antics. Just doing a bit of research, there are over three hundred different editions of Monopoly but the question also asked ‘but how different is one variety from the other?’ Well, now, there is one that is just a must have, Monopoly: Yorkshire Dales Edition!

With unique tokens to play with, Wensleydale Cheese, a cricket bat, walking boots, a dry stone, a bicycle and a Craven Ram, there will be disputes before the game has even started as to who is playing with which! All the squares are of famous Dales landmarks, from Aysgarth Falls to The Forbidden Corner, Bolton Abbey to Fountains Abbey. What a wonderful time it will be to reminisce about the places you enjoyed visiting whilst on holiday here or some places still to be aspired to. I’m almost talking myself into perhaps playing again and then……………

Come and stay in one of our beautiful Country Hideaways holiday cottages and enjoy finding all the places that are on the board. Call me, Nadine, or my daughter Joanne, on 01969 663559 to book over the telephone and for friendly help and advice or, of course, do book online if you prefer.

Looking forward to hearing from you!
