This year will be the 10th anniversary of this wonderful festival which celebrates everything amazing about the Yorkshire Dales and surrounding area, wild life, wild flowers, ancient woodlands, moors and valleys which help to form one of the most beautiful parts of the world.
39,000 people have enjoyed and taken part in the events the Flowers of the Dales festival brings since 2009 so why not join in and see for yourselves. You’ll find activities for all ages, guided walks, photography workshops, arts and crafts, talks, plus much, much more. Do you know what peening means, I didn’t until I looked in their festival guide, identify and record water bugs at Malham Tarn Field Centre, plant trees, learn about the peregrines at next at Malham Cove, stroll through the woods above Hawes to seek out red squirrels and other wildlife. The list is nearly endless with 110 events taking place between March and October.

Our holiday cottages are here in the Yorkshire Dales amidst all this wonder so do come and join us and book an event or two to enjoy during your stay.
