Warren Barn

Looking out towards Kirkby Malzeard, Ripon and the wider Vale of York sits Newlands farm, a cluster of four dwellings including the 2015 barn conversions of Warren and Holt Barn. A farm on the edge of cultivation cutting into the heather moors of Kirkby Malzeard snuggled under the heights of Shortlick and Clints Hill to the west. Entry is through large bi-fold glass doors to the spacious open plan lounge with reclining sofas, dining area and kitchen. The ceiling is lofted to the rafters exposing the roof beams and trusses with natural light spilling down from a central skylight. To the side of the lounge at the front is a bedroom with double bed and built in wardrobe, off the lounge to the rear is a fully tiled shower room with washbasin and toilet, both with skylights.
