| Arrival and Car Parking Facilities • Visitors are asked to come to the front door of Hill House on arrival. • The property has private parking for one car. Additional public parking is generally available. |
| Entrance • West Hill has its own entrance within the courtyard near the parking. |
| Public Areas - General (Internal) • There is a small downstairs hallway for coats and boots. Stairs ascend to the first floor where the lounge and kitchen are situated. |

| Lounge and Dining Room • The large sitting/ dining room is luxurious, comfortable and greatly admired. Three large windows create an ideal vantage point for watching strings of race horses going up to the moors to exercise. Middleham castle is very close by and the battlements can be seen from the apartment. |
| Bedrooms/Sleeping Areas • Two bedrooms and a bathroom are on the floor above. Bedroom one has twin beds, bedroom two has a double bed. Both rooms and newly decorated and carpeted. |
