Introduction |

Pre-Arrival |
| Arrival and Car Parking Facilities Car parking is available outside the cottage, with enough room for two cars. There is a dropped kerb, approximately one foot deep from the road onto the pavement outside the cottage. There are no official parking fees in Masham although there is an honestly box in place in the market square. The market square is a five minute leisurely walk from the cottage. |
| Entrance Enter via the front door, into the lounge. The light switch is on the left hand side as you go in to the property. The floors are all wooden throughout the first floor. From the lounge go through to the kitchen, down two steps and on the right hand side is a reception area where you will find your welcome pack. |
| Public Areas - General (Internal) The stairs to the second floor are directly opposite the main entrance and consist of twelve steps and a hand rail to the left hand side. When you reach the top of the stairs there is a larger step and then a step down into the bathroom or a step up onto the landing where you will find the entrance to the three bedrooms. |
| Laundry Washing machine can be found in the kitchen. |
| Lounge & Dining Room The first floor of the property is all open plan down two steps leading from the living room into the dining and kitchen area. The lounge has an open fire, two sofas, an arm chair, tv and dvd. The dining area has a large table which sits 8 people comfortably. There is a small conservatory off this area through Double French doors with two sofas. |
| Bedrooms/Sleeping Areas There are three bedrooms. Bedroom 1 - A large Master bedroom with double bed, two bedside table with lamps, a cd player, a chest of drawers and a curtained wardrobe. Bedroom 2 - A Small bunk room with a sky light window, wardrobe and chest of drawers, lamp and tv/video. Bedroom 3 - A quite large twin bedded room over looking the back garden with a built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side lamp and tv/video and dvd player. |

| Self-catering Kitchen The kitchen is open plan with a 6 ring gas hob and oven. The sink is a Belfast sink with storage underneath for cleaning products. A washing machine is housed in a cupboard under the boiler next to the sink. The dish-washer is housed in a cupboard at the other side of the sink. The cupboard next to the dish washer contains the fuse box for the electrics and the microwave. The double fridge is located next to the cupboard with the microwave. Glasses and mugs are in the cupboard above the microwave. Good standard cutlery is in the drawer below the mug cupboard above the microwave cupboard. Plates are situated in the lower cupboard to the left of the cooker and pans are in the lower cupboard to the right of the cooker. Double French doors lead onto a paved and secluded garden area. |

| Future Plans We are planning to have new carpet on stairs, hallway and the bunk bedroom to match in with the front and back bedroom. New chest of drawers in the master bedroom when I find one I like! |
