| Arrival and Car Parking Facilities Holidaymakers are given full instructions on access to the property when they confirm a booking through Country Hideaways. Cars can be parked next to the entrance door for unloading and be parked in a dedicated space about 30 meters opposite. |
| Entrance Door to the right of the main Mill building. Seven steps down as soon as you enter. Hip-high wooden handrail on left. Cupboards to right of stairs. Entrance lobby has a galley-kitchen to right and shower room/toilet to left. |

| Laundry There are no facilities for laundry, but a drying rack for smaller items is supplied with a steam iron and a tabletop ironing board. If the Studio is rented with the Garden Level Apartment, use can be made of the washing machine/dryer in that facility. |
| Dining Room/Lounge/Sleeping Area The Studio Apartment. is compact with a pine double bed and bedside cabinets with reading lamps. 5-drawer pine chest of drawers. There is a comfortable double settee and an arm chair with matching small table. The round pine dining table has two pine chairs and a stool. The remote control TV has DVD and Video reception. Separate radio/CD player. Large torch. Night lights. Smoke alarm. Various folders with information about facilities and places to visit in the area. Because the Studio Apartment. is adjacent to the Garden Level Apartment, there is a through door which can be opened for access in an emergency. Key behind glass box. |

| Self-catering Kitchen Compact kitchen with two-plate/oven/grill Cooker. Double sink in 80cm high worktop. Separate microwave oven. Waist-high refrigerator with small freezer compartment. Toaster, electric kettle, liquidiser. Fire extinguisher. Vinyl floor. Due to the proximity of the river, there is a dehumidifier in the kitchen. |
| Grounds and Gardens Although there is no private garden, outside the entrance, the area is free of through traffic and there is full access to the adjacent river/waterfall/pools and the stone packhorse bridge which leads to numerous footpaths on Pen Hill. The village with its large green is 'around the corner'. |
| Additional Information All necessary information is either placed in conveniently located areas or in the folder with operating instructions. Although the Studio Apartment itself is compact, because of its unique position and unusual features, it is difficult to give an adequate description. All one can say is that visitors are always very pleasantly surprised and return time and again because of the location and facilities.
