Pre-Arrival |
| Arrival and Car Parking Facilities • Access off the main road is through a large gate, up a long drive, through a second gate into the grounds. • There is a courtyard for parking up to 8 cars. |
| Entrance • The house is approached from the courtyard. • The entrance door (into the kitchen) at the front has 1 step 16cm high, 99cm wide. The door is 90cm wide. |
| Public Areas - General (Internal) • Stairs to first floor consist of 21 steps with a landing halfway (114cm wide, 114cmcm deep. Steps are 17cm high, 26cm deep and 114cm wide, with 4 steps on the turn. • Handrails are on both sides of the stairs. • Short pile carpet up the stairs and throughout the landing. • Minimum width of main landing is 75cm wide, with 2 steps 22cm high, 33cm deep and 100cm wide then 1 step with 2 handrails on the right hand side. • All doors to the bedrooms and bathrooms on the landing are 66cm wide, except for 2 which are 75cm wide. • All bedrooms have access to bathrooms across the landing. Games Room • Step 8cm high and 320cm long, narrowest point at side of pool table 34cm. • Door width into bathroom into bathroom 67cm, side entrance door width 61cm, door to courtyard 91cm. | Dining Room and Lounge Dining Room • The dining room has a door into the drawing room 86cm wide. • The stairs to the first floor rise from the dining room. • Table legs on each corner. | Bedrooms • Room combinations: first floor, 1 super king, 1 king, 1 double and 2 twin rooms. • Non feather duvets and pillows provided in each room. • Sheets, duvet covers and pillow cases are poly-cotton. • Super king bedroom: 6’ bed can be split into 2 single beds, bed height 62cm, the narrowest point at the side of the bed is 54cm. • Double bedroom: 4’6” bed, bed height 62cm ample space (brass bedstead). • Twin room: 2x 3’ beds. Bed height 52cm, ample space. • Twin room (blue): 2x 3’ beds. Bed height 58cm, • King bedroom: 5’ bed, bed height 62cm narrowest point at one side of bed 67cm. |

| Self-catering Kitchen • The kitchen entrance is 90cm wide from the courtyard, 88cm wide into dining room and 73cm wide into utility room. • Worktop height is 91cm. • Oven door is left hinged, the lowest shelf can be accessed from the side. • Flooring is quarry tiles. • At least 78cm free space between all furniture and worktops. • Evenly lit kitchen with 5 ceiling lights. • Fridge available and fits under worktop and is easily accessible. • Dishwasher fits under worktop with drop down door and pull out rack for easy filling. |

| Additional Information • A folder of house notes is in a window in the dining room, plus all manufacturers instruction leaflets and places of interest leaflets. • The premises are non smoking. • Pets are not welcome. |
