Introduction
This is a one-bedroom, self catering apartment. It is on the ground floor and on one level. However, it is an old stone building and doorways and surfaces are not suitable for people with mobility problems.

Pre-Arrival
• The owners can be contacted through the agent, Country Hideaways or directly by telephone, mail or e-mail.
• The property can be viewed on the Country Hideaways website.
• The village has a bus service but the buses are not accessible and infrequent.
• The nearest town is 3 miles away. There are no shops or facilities in the village.
• There are no local Equipment Hire facilities.
• The local taxis are not accessible.
• People visiting should be independent and if they have a disability, would be better if they were accompanied.

Arrival and Car Parking Facilities
• There is off-roads parking for one vehicle.
• The parking surface is hard stones.
• The route from the parking to the property is down a flagged alleyway with a gradient.
• There is an outside light.
• There is a step down from the alleyway into the property.
Entrance
• There are two entrances to the property, one door from the alleyway and a large sliding door from the patio.
• All other doors are standard wooden doors although some are low because of the age of the property.
• All rooms are on the same level.
• The main lounge is a flagged floor, kitchen is tiled and other rooms are carpeted.
• One dog is allowed.
Public Areas - General (Internal)
• There are no other public areas except the garden and patio that can be accessed directly from the apartment.
Public Areas - WC

Lounge
• The lounge has a stone-flagged floor.
• The lighting is a central light and upright standing lights.
• Interior doorways are narrow and low.
Bedrooms
• The access to the bedroom is down a narrow corridor with low, narrow doorways.
• There is a smoke alarm.
• There is a central light and two bedside lights.

Shower-room and WC
• The shower-room/WC is small and has no accessibility features.
• The shower cubicle is tiled and has a step into it.

Self-catering Kitchen
• The floor is tiled.
• The cooker is electric.
• There is a fridge with a small freezer compartment.
• Lighting is spotlights.
• Storage is cupboards above the sink.
• The kitchen is accessed from the lounge by a narrow doorway.
Grounds and Gardens
• The garden and patio are accessible directly from the lounge.
• The patio is flagged.
• The garden is lawned down to the wall and has seating. 
• Garden is sloping but there are no steps or drops.
Additional Information
• There are three possible exits from the property.
• Smoke alarms are fitted.
• One dog is allowed.
