| Pre-Arrival Bookings etc all done via Country Hideaways. Public transport available in West Burton. |
| Arrival and Car Parking Facilities Parking space for one car is available directly in front of the cottage and it is level access. |
| Entrance The front door opens directly into the lounge. The light switch is on the left-hand side. |

| Dining Room and Lounge Lounge The lounge has a two-seater settee and 2 chairs and 2 small tables all are moveable. There are lamps available as additional lighting, one of which is a reading light. The lounge has an open-fire. There is a TV with remote control, DVD & CD player. The staircase leaves the lounge with 1 initial step, followed by a short flight of 7steps and there is a pine balustrade onto the first floor landing. |
| Laundry A washer/dryer is available for use in the kitchen. The iron is in the cupboard below the oven and ironing board and clothes airer can be found under the stairs in the sitting room. |
| Bedrooms There are 2 bedrooms available. Bedroom 1 has a double and single bed, 2 chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets with lamps. Bedroom 2 has a single bed available with a chest of drawers and bedside cabinet with lamp. |

| Self-catering Kitchen The fitted kitchen has work tops fitted at a height of 900mm and is located 2 steps up from the lounge. The flooring is fitted vinyl. |
| Grounds and Gardens Within the rear yard the coal bunker is located at the top of 3 steps. Access is from the back door out of the kitchen. A garden seat is in the front garden and fold up chairs are under the stairs. |
| Additional Information No pets allowed. No Smoking is allowed upstairs. Smoke alarms are installed throughout the property. Hours of operation: Open 40 weeks per year. |
