| Pre-Arrival Bookings etc all done via Country Hideaways. Public transport available in West Burton. Welcome pack provided via Country Hideaways. |
| Arrival and Car Parking Facilities Entrance is signed Hill Top Farm left down a gravel driveway. Ample parking is available directly in front of Hill Top Cottage. Dawn to dusk lighting at entrance to cottage, which is up three steps onto a raised patio. |
| Entrance Entrance is through a single door up one step directly into hall with separate toilet and washbasin. Central heating boiler and washing machine, together with ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner etc. are all located at the end of the hallway. Small step leads into kitchen/dining area. |
| Public Areas - General (Internal) Carpeted stairs rise from the kitchen to a small landing to bedrooms and shower room. Smoke alarm situated on landing. External door leading to gravelled area to rear of cottage down four steps. |

| Dining Room and Lounge Lounge Lounge with laminate floor and flagged hearth with multi fuel stove with wool rug in front of hearth. TV, DVD and CD player provided, together with books and games. Central light fitting plus lamps for accent lighting and spot light for reading. |
