Introduction
4 star self catering Georgian cottage to sleep 4.

Pre-Arrival
• Bookings and enquiries can be made via the website www.countryhideaways.co.uk or by phone on 01969 663559.
• The nearest bus stop is in the village.
• The nearest train station is at Northallerton.
• A Welcome Hamper can be ordered from Country Hideaways for your arrival. 

• There is an inner hall with central stairway in between the dining room and lounge.

• Hall flooring is laminate with a central rug.

• There is carpet on the stairs and landings.
• There are 2 flights of stairs, with open treads, to the first floor.

• There is a hand rail on the right hand side on the first flight of stairs and then on the left hand side on the second flight of stairs.

• You can access both bedrooms and the bathroom from the landing at the top of the stairs. 

Dining Room and Lounge

Dining Room

• Dining room is open plan the kitchen.
• Rectangular table with legs on each corner and 4 dining chairs with padded seat and back and no arms.
• Laminate flooring.
Lounge
• There is one 3 seater sofa and two easy chairs all with arms.
• Other furniture consists of TV cabinet, coffee table and 2 other tables.

• There is a TV and DVD player both with remote controls.

• There is a multifuel stove housed in a fireplace with hearth.
• The floor is a short pile carpet with a rug in front of the hearth.

• Automatic washer and dryer are provided in the dining area.  

Front bedroom
• 5' bed with access to both sides.
• 2 bedside cabinets with lamps.
• 2 padded chairs (moveable) no arms.

• Dressing table with mirror.
• 2 fitted wardrobes with full length mirror in between plus 1 free standing wardrobe.

• Carpet.
Rear bedroom

• Super king bed with access to both sides which can be separated into 2 single beds if preferred.

• 2 bedside cabinets with lamps.
• 2 padded chairs (moveable) with arms either side of a small table.

• Dressing table with mirror.
• 1 free standing wardrobes with full length mirror.

Bathroom and WC
• Bath with flexible shower and separate shower controls.
• Integral bath rails available both sides.
• Washbasin and toilet side by side.

• Laminate flooring.

• Open plan kitchen with dining room.
• Worktop standard height with cupboards underneath and above.
• Esse range for cooking, a microwave is also available.

• The fridge is under the worktop and has a freezer box.
• Sink is the same height as the worktop with cupboards under the bowl and dishwasher under the drainer.
• The kitchen is evenly lit with spotlights above the work surfaces and Esse.

• There is good contrast between floor, cupboards and worktop.
• Laminate flooring. 

Grounds and Gardens
• Small gravelled courtyard with flagged patio area.
• Table and chairs and potted plants.

• Mobile phone reception available on some networks, please check with provider.
• Strictly no smoking.
• Not suitable for pets.
• Not suitable for children.
