Pre-Arrival |
| Arrival and Car Parking Facilities There is a private car parking area suitable for two cars adjacent to the garden and space for one other opposite outside the garage, the road is lit and the access to the cottage gently slopes from the roadside with no major steps to the rear access door into the property via the Utility Room. |
| Entrance Outside lights light up the entrance to the property, the side gate is wide and is the only access into the cottage without the need to step over a high kerb. There is an information board in the Utility Room with useful numbers. |
| Public Areas - General (Internal) The cottage has a tiled entrance and kitchen floor. All other rooms, with the exception of the bathroom and shower room, are carpeted. |

| Lounge and Dining Room The spacious lounge has comfortable seating for 7/8 people with a log burning fire within a natural brick and stone surround. |
| Bedrooms/Sleeping Areas There are three bedrooms to the first floor, a double room, a twin room and a single room. |

| Self-catering Kitchen The fully fitted kitchen has a large dining table with 4 chairs, an additional dining room has a drop leaf table for further dining space. Cooking facilities include a Rayburn oil fired stove, an electric double oven and hob plus a microwave. |
| Grounds and Gardens Garden to the side with flagged patio and wooden furniture. |
| Additional Information Linen is included and towels can be hired direct from the owner. No pets are allowed. The cottage is strictly no smoking. |
