Introduction
The Coach House, Thoralby is a detatched, stone 3 bedroomed house. It is set out on two floors. Coming through the entrance door there is a downstairs toilet, a laundry room with sink, washer and dryer. There is a back door leading to a small garden. 3 stairs take you up to the kitchen and sitting room. Up a fairly steep staircase there are two double bedrooms and a bedroom with two full size single beds arranged for children. The bathroom has a bath and shower with good water pressure. There is parking space outside for 2 cars. The stairs in the house are fairly steep and therefore not suitable for disabled people.

Pre-Arrival
• The Coach House is about 8 miles to Leyburn and Hawes.
• It is situated opposite the local village shop.
• Guests can organise delivery of provisions from Tesco’s home delivery services.

Arrival and Car Parking Facilities
• There is parking for 2 cars immediately outside the property.

Entrance
• The main door opens inwards.  There is an outside light. The floor is tiled.

Public Areas - Hall, Stairs, Landing, Corridors 

• The stairs are steep. There is a hand rail. The stairs are carpeted.

Dining Room and Lounge
• The sitting room has a comfortable sofa for 3 and two arm chairs. There is a television, DVD player, CD/radio.
• It is carpeted. There is a log burner.
Bedrooms
• The bedrooms, staircase and hallway are carpeted.
• The bedrooms have cupboards, drawers, bedside tables & bedside lights.

Bathroom and WC

• The bathroom has a non slip tiled floor. There is an extractor fan. The shower has a thermostatic mixer with good water pressure.

Self-catering Kitchen
• The kitchen has an electric cooker, a microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment. The floor surface is tiled.
Grounds and Gardens
• The garden is small with partly gravelled and partly flagged area for barbecues, surrounded by borders. There are a few steps up to the garden area. The garden is enclosed and dogs are welcome.
Additional Information
• Dogs are welcome at a small extra cost.
• There is a travel cot for babies.
• Evacuation procedures - Front door, back door, lounge through window, first floor blue bedroom window has a small drop onto a ramp outside.
