Introduction Welcome to Cherry Tree Cottage, we hope you enjoy your stay. The cottage has an unusual layout, having bedrooms on the ground floor and kitchen and lounge on the first floor (an upside down house). Cherry Tree Cottage sleeps 4, having a double room and a separate twin room. Electricity and heating are included as well as bed linen and towels. |

| Arrival and Car Parking Facilities Cherry Tree Cottage has space for one car directly outside the cottage, the footpath between cottages must be kept clear for other residents foot access, large cars may find it easier to park on the main street where there is ample parking. |
| Entrance The front door of the cottage leads straight into the hallway and stairs, the hallway leads directly into the bedrooms and bathroom. The stairs lead directly into the lounge and kitchen, there is a handrail for support on the stairs. Night storage heater. Hanging space for coats. |

| Lounge
The lounge at Cherry Tree Cottage is bright and spacious and has lovely views, Night storage heater, open fire (fuel provided), which is lovely on those chilly winter evenings. It has a comfortable sofa and 2 armchairs, nest of tables and plenty of lighting, a radio/CD player and Freeview TV as well as video and DVD players. In the cupboard on the stairs there is a large selection of board games and jigsaws. |

Laundry Facilities A washing machine and tumble dryer are situated in the outside store. Ironing board, iron and vacuum cleaner situated in under stairs cupboard. |
| Bedrooms
Both bedrooms are situated on the ground floor. Double bedroom A pretty room looking out into the walled garden, double bed with Sanderson bedding, bedside tables and lighting, chest of drawers and under stairs cupboard with hanging space. Wall mounted heater Twin Room A spacious, bright, twin room. Wash basin, two single beds, wardrobe with bedside table and lighting. Bedding and extra blankets. Oil filled radiator for extra comfort. |

| Self-catering Kitchen The kitchen is on the first floor adjacent to the lounge, Night storage heater, well equipped with all crockery and utensils, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. The kitchen worktops are cm high. Circular table and 4 chairs. |
| Grounds and Gardens Fully enclosed garden, the garden is walled and gated; the outdoor store is located here with washing machine and tumble dryer, 4 garden chairs and BBQ. Coal and log store with fuel. |
| Additional Information Cherry Tree Cottage is a no smoking property. Pets are not allowed. A smoke alarm is situated on the staircase and a spare battery is in the cupboard on the stairs alongside spare light bulbs and Hoover bags. A torch can be found on the coat hooks situated in the hallway. Bookings are from Friday to Friday arrival time 3pm,departure time 10am. |
