Pre-Arrival |
| Arrival and Car Parking Facilities Car parking is on the road at the side of the cottage – no reserved spaces. |
| Entrance The entrance to the cottage is level, one step at the door 10cm. |
| Public Areas - General (Internal) Stair case from lounge to bedroom, via doorway 192cm high and 76cm wide, actual width of stairs 74cm, the steps are stone steps (no carpet) and the first 4 steps are spiral. |
| Lounge & Dining Room Open plan – small table with 2 drop leaves and legs on each corner. 2 chairs with padded seats – no arms. Flooring is short pile carpet throughout. One double sofa and one easy chair, both with arms. TV with remote control and radio. |
| Bedrooms/Sleeping Areas Bedroom contains standard size double bed, chest of drawers and a small wardrobe. |

Shower-room and WC |
| Self-catering Kitchen Very small with full-size fridge, Baby Belling cooker (2 rings, small oven and grill) and a small microwave. Flooring is laminate. |
| Grounds and Gardens Small yard at the entrance. |
| Additional Information Linen and towels are not included but can be hired from Country Hideaways. |
