Arrival and Car Parking Facilities On road parking in front of the property. |

Entrance Entrance to the cottage is through the front door into a small porch, a further door leads to the Lounge. |

Public Areas - General (Internal) A passageway from the kitchen leads to the stairs, with double handrails for ease of access. At the top of the stairs there is a large built in wardrobe with adequate hanging facilities. |

| Dining Room and Lounge Dining Room A door in the rear entrance leads to the dining room, which contains a table and four chairs. Table clothes are available in the movable unit in the kitchen. Heating is provided by overnight electric storage heaters. Lounge |
| Bedrooms There are two doors at the top of the stairs, one door leads to a large double bedroom with lovely views over the village green, and contains a window seat to enjoy the view. The bedroom contains a standard size double bed, complete with electric blanket, two chests of drawers, two bedside cabinets complete with bedside lamps, a rocking chair and a cheval glass mirror. A hairdryer is provided in the tall chest of drawers. Heating is provided by overnight electric storage heaters and a portable heater if required. |

| Self-catering Kitchen A door from the Lounge leads to the Kitchen which is small but well equipped with an electric cooker, fridge with a small freezer compartment, toaster, microwave, sink and drainer, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils, etc. A small, moveable unit provides additional storage and working area. Washing up liquid and other cleaning products are provided as are tea towels and kitchen hand towels. In the cupboard beneath the sink there are spare light bulbs, a torch, and an emergency candle. An iron is available in the lounge cupboard. Heating is provided by overnight electric storage heaters. Rear Entrance There is a doorway from the kitchen to the rear entrance. This doorway is very low and care should be taken to avoid injury. The rear entrance, contains a carpet sweeper, ironing board, a clothes airer and a cupboard with a selection of cleaning brushes and mops. There is also a basket for kindling for the fire. |
| Grounds and Gardens The rear door leads to the small back garden where a table and chairs are available. Steps lead to a larger patio area which belongs to the owner’s of the cottage but is available for use if required. A barbeque and further garden furniture is contained on this patio, as is the coal bunker. |
| Additional Information A fire extinguisher is available in the kitchen and the wardrobe, a fire blanket is also available in the kitchen. There are smoke alarms in the kitchen and at the top of the stairs. This is strictly a no-smoking property. Pets are not allowed. All linen and towels are included. All electricity and fuel is included. |
