On the southern side of the pleasant garden of Long Farthings House, this single storey detached cottage overlooks a rockery and small orchard with views to open fields and the slopes of stately Penhill beyond.

In a secluded position off the edge of the village the cottage, which was built only 50 years ago, has been carefully renovated to make interesting and effective use of its small dimensions.

Penny Farthings comprises of a sitting room with dining alcove and a well fitted kitchen area. The double bedroom has en-suite shower room with washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail.

The two comfortable divan beds can be used either as singles or zipped together to form a king size as preferred.

The small garden provides a sheltered area for soaking up the unique Yorkshire Dales air and beautiful views.

Comfortable furnishings and tasteful decoration provide a high standard of accommodation.
