A warm and friendly welcome from Pat Globe with a welcome bottle of wine to help us on our way! The Dales remain very special to us and this venue is perfect for a return after some years absence.

Being away from it all. Just hearing the country sounds. The many home comforts. Immaculate. The cottage had beautiful smells especially in the bathroom and downstairs loo. The furnishings are so modern and of such good quality. We wouldn't change a thing. You've made it beautiful and more!! We cannot thank Rob and Pat enough for the complimentary wine, cheese and cleaning products etc. etc. It's so generous of them and adds to the feel good factor in being at home in the cottage

Location, quality of furnishings and it had everything we needed. Friendly owner and lovely gifts to welcome us and lovely fire! Spotless. We wouldnt change a thing.

Loved the decor - cute and homely. Owners extremely friendly. Extremely well equipped cottage. We would give this cottage 5*s gorgeous location and lovely to come back to in the evening. Well placed for touring the dales. Fab walks nearby.

Welcoming wine and cheese, the view, ability to use log burning stove and central heating if necessary. Have never seen such a well equipped kitchen before in a self catering cottage - including cookery book.

Amount of space, quality of equipment and furnishings, attention to detail, heating, beautiful kitchen. Everything had been thought of - even candles for mealtimes. We think the property is one of the best we have stayed in. It exceeded our expectations.

Hill Top is clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished with every modern convenience. Amazing location - superb outlook and very peaceful. Views over the Dales are stunning. We have stayed in very few holiday prperties of Hill Tops standard.
