Duvets and pillows are provided with linen and towels included in the rent. Economy 7 central heating, and electricity included. Electric fire Colour television/DVD, video, microwave oven, spin dryer, access to an automatic washer, hair dryer, shaver point, radio, cot and high chair, garden furniture, barbecue area, secure bicycle store. Off road parking. Pub 400 yards, bus route through the village, shops Leyburn. One medium size dog or two small dogs allowed, £10 each extra. Strictly non smoking. A heating supplement of £15.00 per week will be charged from 22 October 2011 until 31 March 2012 and from 3 November 2012 until 5 January 2013. For short winter breaks the charge will be £3.00 per night.
